Thermoplastic Road Marking Materials

Reda Thermoplastic Road marking is environmentally friendly consisting of 100% solids and containing no solvent.The material consists of a combination of light plasticised resin, aggregate pigment and extender, heated to around 200° - 220° C (if sprayed) which rapidly cools to road temperature. It is formulated to be applied by all leading makes of road marking machinery. Application can be in one of three ways: SCREED, SPRAY, or EXTRUSION. Formulation and application equipment varies with each method. REDA offers material and advice on equipment for all three.
